2009 Free in the Park
Get yourself along to Lauder Public Park on Saturday 1st August for an afternoon of live music. Entertainment this year is brought to you by The Dangleberries, a Pipe Rock Group from Dumfries and Galloway and Hawick's home grown Pyre.
The Dangleberries are a unique and exciting blend of bagpipes, guitars, vocals and a range of different sized and pitches drums. They deliver a high energy, melodic performance with drum beats to stir the soul!
Pyre, formed in 2005, is a 5 piece covers band based in Hawick and they have performed throughout the Borders and beyond. Lauder is looking forward to welcoming them back!
During the afternoon you can enjoy a liquid refreshment from our Beer Tent and spend a bit of pocket money at the 'Shows'. However please remember to keep a little bit back as we will be around with the buckets looking for
donations towards your entertainment!

Selkirk Silver Band will be playing in the grounds of the Lauderdale Hotel during the afternoon from 2pm--4pm.
