Golden Jubilee Cornet: D M Wilson
It is hard to believe that it is fifty years since I carried the burgh standard round the marches. A very proud young man. A very busy summer attending dinners, balls and riding the marches. It never rained the whole summer. I met lots of people and made many new friends. I was very proud when Lee was elected as Cornet in 2006. It brought back many memories. I would like to wish Cornet Alexander and his Lass a wonderful week. Safe Oot-Safe In.
